NMSU professor of music awarded service medal

Community Snapshot: The Advisory Council of the International Horn Society, at the society's annual symposium last month in Belgium, voted unanimously to honor Nancy Joy with the IHS Service Medal of Honor. This is one of the top three awards granted by the society.
