FARMINGTON — Police are seeking Christopher Andregg, 26, of Farmington due to a warrant for battery and assault.

Police released his photo on Nov. 7 after a woman came to police headquarters that morning to report a fight on the 900 block of Auburn Avenue.

Police diverted traffic in that area and watched a trailer as they obtained an arrest warrant. They were told at the scene that Andregg was inside the residence and armed with a knife. A SWAT team made entry, but the suspect was not inside.

Andregg is wanted due to “an active warrant on charges of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon against a household member, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon against a household member, false imprisonment, and battery against a household member stemming from an incident that occurred this afternoon,” police said in their release.

Police are asking anyone with information to call dispatch at 505-334-6622 or the SJC Crime Stoppers line at 505-334-TIPS.
