Belle is a yearling donkey. She came to Four Corners Equine Rescue as an owner surrender. Belle was in terrible shape when she arrived, unable to even get up by herself whenever she laid down. Finally, after a month of humans assisting her, she was able to get up by herself. Now, she is just fine. And she's friendly, coming to find out what humans are up to whenever they come out. Belle will make a nice companion for another donkey or a human. She leads, loads and stands for the farrier. Belle is current on vaccinations, deworming and farrier work. The adoption fee for Belle is $250. For more information, contact Four Corners Equine Rescue at 505-334-7220 or visit www.fourcornersequinerescue.org.
