Sandra is a 6-year-old shepherd mix. She was adopted from the Farmington Regional Animal Shelter as a puppy, then she came back to the shelter as a stray. She had an injury that is healing, but Sandra needs a home with people who understand she will never be a long-distance hiking dog. She greatly enjoys short walks, and as her leg continues to heal, she will be able to be more and more active. Sandra is a great companion. She loves attention and hanging out with her humans. She is playful and silly, and makes everyone feel better just by being her. The Farmington Regional Animal Shelter is located at 133 Browning Parkway and can be reached at 505-599-1098.
