The passing of Steven Michael Huber has left a profound void in the hearts of those who knew him. He passed away on April 17, 2024, at Juan Regional Hospital in Farmington, NM. As a son, big brother, nephew, cousin, uncle, and best friend, he played many roles, each one cherished and irreplaceable. Steven was not only a dedicated truck driver for Halliburton but also a certified chef with dreams of opening his own restaurant—a dream sadly left unrealized. His memory will forever be treasured by those who knew him as family, friend, and confidante.

Steven Michael Huber was born on March 31, 1963, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As a child, he loved playing sports, especially basketball and hockey. As an adult, his love for sports extended to baseball, football, and basketball, along with a passion for rock music and collectibles.

Steve's legacy is a tapestry woven with threads of love, compassion, and humor. His presence touched the lives of countless people, leaving an indelible mark that will be felt for years to come. His ability to bring joy and laughter to those around him made him a beacon of light in the lives of many. Though he may be gone, his spirit lives on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know him.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, May 2, 2024, at Brewer Lee & Larkin Funeral Home, 103 E. Ute Street, Farmington, NM, 87401, at 10:30 a.m.

Steve was preceded in death by his Mother, Susan DeVita, his Grandmother, Helen Leidy Lennon, his Grandfather, Robert Lennon, and his Uncle, Chris Lennon.

He is survived by his father, John (83), his Sister, Rachel (51), his Nephew, Benjamin (29), his Uncle, Mike (76), and his Wife, Sue (70), and his Aunt, Kate (75)
